I haven't been writing in a while. These past few weeks have been super busy and tiring, I even barely got to talk Lisa these days. But I still make time to check on her blog as often, though. And her latest post makes me happy for her.
And recently I talked to Faiqah who is in Australia as well. The last time we talked was a while ago and she was telling me about this guy friend that seems to show interest in her, but in this most recent video call, her face lit up with happiness like a person in love, indeed in love she is.
These two people are among the few I really love and treasure, and God knows how contented-kind-of-happy I am that they seem to have found the man for them. And in these men, they find comfort, while being thousands of miles away from our homeland.
As for me, I have been pretty busy and occupied to have the time to dwell on emotional stuff as much as I did before. Of course it's a good thing, is it not? But my two best friends of course have made me think about what is going on in my life.
